Promise me one thing this moment, my dear reader: Never settle for less.

I just did what I said last post: I just finished working out! Well, it's about four hours now and I still feel energetic. I'll probably feel sore tomorrow, yippee. I didn't do lifting today tho, it's apparently pilates day today and I hated this more than lifting because it uses body weight, and I still can't perfect the forms, and man, have you felt the heat? It'll be the death of me.
This hour's sad song is We Can't Be Friends by Ariana Grande. This played as well when I was doing cat cows, so I was literally moving with the beat that time. Catchy tune, ain't it? Have you seen the lyrics though?
I didn't think you'd understand me
How could you ever even try?
I don't wanna tiptoe, but I don't wanna hide
But I don't wanna feed this monstrous fire
Just wanna let this story die
And I'll be alright
Another song that tugs the sad heartstrings. A catchy tune partnered with relatable lyrics is definitely a recipe that I'll surely gobble up. These kind of song fuels me up and keeps me going for the day, especially if it's already 10 PM where the late night syndrome kicks in.
'Cause I don't wanna argue, but I don't wanna bite
My tongue, yeah, I think I'd rather die
You got me misunderstood, but at least I look this good
EYYY, let's goOOoOoOOOo. I aspire to be this free someday. I aspire to be a person, one who doesn't care what they think about me, such a liberating and exciting thing to happen. For that to happen, I will need a humongous amount of courage first, and that's the goal for now.
Did you like this song?
