For every beginning that you start, do you ever wonder when will it end?
For every pen you buy, do you ever count the days when its ink will run out? For every perfume you've used, did you count how long its fragrance lasted? For every person you've met, do you count the days when it'll be the last time that you'll speak with them?
"Just one more tear to cry, one teardrop from my eye," is the song's opening line. From the tone itself, it gives hint of growth and lament. It was as if they were done with the situation and they're now ready to move on. The lyrics really moved me, especially the line: "Just trust me, you'll be fine," then followed by an earth-shaking chorus. The song evokes nostalgia. It's as if the song wants you to remember that one place where you met that person, but the universe said no, so whenever you're at that place, they will always pop up in your mind and the memories you made together.
What made this song stuck in my head for days were not only the lyrics but also its catchy tune. I often catch myself humming it and starting my workout routine with this song.
